Mike and Ruby’s place was a small piece of home that was very welcoming, charming, warm and allowed us to relax and just melt into the couch watching tv with our daughter for the night before our long drive back home. After staying in Mission Beach for a week it was nice to relax and feel right at home. Parking was easy and directions to the home were easy to follow. Mike and Ruby were very attentive to us and very proactive in setting us up for the night. Everything about the home was spot on based on the description. Although we only needed the home for one night, we would have definitely stayed longer and would rent again in the future. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the San Diego area. Thank you both for allowing us to spend one night in your rental!

Absolutely worth it. Beautiful place. Cozy with gorgeous gardens. Also a nice welcome touch of bowl of fruits, chocolates and plenty to drink. Loved it.

My husband, adult children and 6 grandchildren (ages 1-12) booked this home for a family vacation. It felt like our own private mini resort! We truly did not want to leave because it was so relaxing and enjoyable! From the pool to pickle ball to family game and theater night we had plenty to do! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied with equipment and even extras like olive oil, sugar, some spices…. This home had many thoughtful additions such as tissues throughout the house, napkins, toys, pool googles and toys, feminine supplies, hair ties, Q- tips, laundry soap…. It is the most well stocked Airbnb we have stayed in. The pool has a fence and a cover but can be entered via Master bedroom. There was a pool table, ping pong, dual mini basketball game, video arcade game, corn hole, plastic axe throw, ball throw and mini putting area. There was a play area with swings, a slide, mini rock climbing wall. It was unanimous that we all want to return!
