Modern 1BD/1BTH open concept home in pine trees on Banner Mountain. Walking distance to local trails, walking/biking < 10 minutes to downtown Nevada City/Grass Valley. Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, yard games and washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Lovely patio outside. Fire and smoke cancellation allowed day of stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! Comfortable, clean and quiet home very close to town. And we appreciated the basket of snacks! I found the double bed comfortable and slept really well, but it was extremely soft so may not work for those who need firmer beds.

This is such a beautiful place to be. So relaxing and peaceful. You could hear the birds singing, the sound of the waterfall of the swimming pool so relaxing. The pool is great, the deck too! Loved the bathroom!! Pictures can’t do justice to this beautiful place. Elena always answers our questions and all instructions are easy to follow. I wish we could have stayed a couple of more days but this place books really fast! If you find this gem, it’s a must!!!

Our winter getaway at this cabin exceeded all expectations. The warm and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect retreat, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our group of four adults and three children. The spacious layout allowed everyone to both rest and enjoy themselves. The surroundings were serene and peaceful. Based on our wonderful experience, we wholeheartedly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful setting with lovely creek just below the cabin. Dante was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. He made it clear the sleeping quarters required use of ladder and bathroom is an outhouse. Great price and nice getaway.
