What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

Excellent séjour passé dans le logement proposé par Emmanuel. Parfait pour un weekend reposant au calme au milieu d'une splendide nature.

Frédérique a été à l’écoute de nos besoins . Le lieu est magnifique , situé à proximité des endroits a visiter . La maison est typique de la région , offrant tout le confort . La piscine , agréable , pour se rafraîchir . Un endroit proche de tout , mais calme . Nous avons passé des vacances de détente , grâce au merveilleux jardin .

Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen und haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles blitzsauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Der Blick im Garten ist traumhaft schön und wir haben eine tolle Zeit mit Ausflügen in der schönen Umgebung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Agnes war stets sehr angenehm und sie war sehr darum bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder einmal dort unsere Ferien verbringen, es war einfach herrlich!

Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen verbracht und wären gerne länger geblieben. Es ist originell eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche aus Leinen perfekt für die heissen Tage. Und Phédia ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst und hat uns gute Tipps für die Märkte und Restaurants gegeben. Besonders genossen haben wir - und unser Hund Camillo - den zauberhaften kleinen Garten-Sitzplatz und die langen Spaziergänge rund ums Dorf. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Provence und dank dieser tollen Erfahrung sicher nicht das letzte Mal!!!

La vue sans vis à vis du jardin indépendant de la maison des propriétaires est vraiment top. On se sent vraiment bien chez Cédric et Marina et on a même pu faire un plouf dans la piscine.

Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

A perfect place to hide away in plain view in Provence. Right in the middle of the stunning town of Menerbes. Steps away from all the restaurants and the curated epicerie. Although pricey, definitely worth it. Maison O was exactly how we imagined it to be. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds extremely comfortable and bathrooms with excellent showers which were definitely needed since the day time temperature never went below 30 for the whole week. Apropos that. A little more shade for the terrace would have been much appreciated. Although there is no AC the interior rooms stayed coolish if all doors and windows were kept closed. The whole experience was fabulous. Our favourite evening activity after the heat of the mid day was a stroll to Cafe Progres, purchasing an Apéritif and sitting on their terrace overlooking the valley. A light breeze to cool us down and a chat with the locals. It really was the quintessential experience in Provence. We would not hesitate to return.

Studio agréable, très propre, assez grand pour ne pas se marcher dessus à deux, tout est bien pensé, il y a tout le nécessaire, on se croirait à la maison, même quelques produits de première nécessité. Bien situé, quartier calme, stationnement aisé à proximité et gratuit (mais peut-être seulement hors saison?) commerces de proximité et bons restaurants. Une très bonne semaine. Apt est une localisation pratique pour rayonner et visiter facilement sans avoir à faire trop de kms. Merci pour la délicate attention à l'arrivée. Une première avec airbnb, une belle découverte, je recommande Nicolas notre hôte et son studio, et Aurore sa co-hôte.

I had a wonderful time at Isabelle’s place it was exactly what I looked forwards to experience. I also enjoyed hiking in the trails nearby as well!

Ein wunderschöner magischer Platz mit atemberaubender Aussicht von der in die Stadtmauer eingefügten Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Bonnieux und Teile des Luberon . Im alten liebevoll behutsam renovierten inneren Teil der Wohnung mit ihrem mittelalterlichen Steingemäuer und passender teilweiser antiker Möblierung fühlt man sich in die Atmosphäre eines Fantasyromans versetzt. Die Kommunikation und die Einweisung durch eine der Gasgeberinnen im Vorlauf unseres Aufenthaltes verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung lässt sich nur empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here as the place was really quiet, while being in the centre of so many great places to visit. Drinking a glass of wine grown on the property, sitting in the covered terrace, was a real treat. The Tuesday market at Cucuron is a must. Also, the pâtisserie at Ansouis. Natalie was very helpful and made us feel very much at home. Highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt bei Valerie, hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war so wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, wird das hier voll und ganz finden.

Beautiful space, very comfortable. Host was very attentive and welcoming. No elevator if you have a lot of luggage good to know. Definitely would recommend, beds are very comfortable. Convenient and very walkable neighborhood.

Very charming apartment, with everything you need (including an excellent selection of books). Six windows looking onto a lovely square with cafes and a fountain. On saturdays, a market right below the apartment. Apt is a pleasant little town, lots of good restaurants and cafes, all very close to the apartment. Apt is also an excellent starting point for excursions around Provence. Lucia and Tao are great hosts, very friendly and helpful with all the information you need - thank you guys for everything! Highly recommended for a great Provence experience!

What a lovely visit we had! Franck and Annie were wonderful hosts! Very friendly. Met us to check in and Annie showed us the apartment and how to operate all appliances to make us feel right at home. The private covered terrace was lovely to relax, have meals and enjoy the view. They gave many recommendations for restaurants, things to do. It was a short walk into quaint village with several restaurants/cafes and 2 boulangeries. Beautiful 5 minute walk home after dinner under the stars! The apartment was very comfortable, sparkly clean. Shower had great water pressure! Wine, water and treats to welcome were appreciated! Annie spoke english, which was very helpful with our nearly non-existent french! All in all, our stay, the accommodations, our hosts, and St. Saturnin -les-Apt were perfect. Would love to come again! Highly recommend!

Appartement très bien situé, région magnifique .Un régal!

Un bout de Paradis au milieu des vignes. Véronique et Pascal sont charmants et très discrets. Nous avons pu échanger avec eux sur leur passion et sur leurs Arts. Ils sont passionnants. Notre logement était parfait, tel la description. Les plafonds sont bas à l’étage mais comme indiqué dans la description pas de surprise. Une literie parfaite et une très jolie décoration apaisante. Je recommande vivement. Nous y retournerons je pense.

Logement propre et conforme à la description. Appartement les pieds dans l'eau, la plage est située en face. Parking à l'arrière très pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mathieu et recommandons ce séjour.

Petit studio à 10min de Lourmarin dans une propriété calme et très belle. Adelaide est une excellente hôte, disponible et arrangeante.

très bon accueil, Anne propose de lire "son" livre très poetique avec une illustration d'aquarelle faite également par elle. Elle nous fait découvrir sa région avec ses très jolis villages pittoresques. Un petit appartement très fonctionnel, reposant, à recommander.

Wir würden 10 Sterne vergeben, die Wohnung ist toll, die Lage der Vera da über dem Fluss, die Terrasse am Fluss gibt eine natürliche Klimatisierung an heissen Tagen, am Abend ist die Stimmung besonders gemütlich mit dem Plätschern des Flusses, den sich darin Spiegelungen Lichtern von Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Im Herzen des viel besuchten Städtchens, wo abends die Ruhe einkehrt. Dann der bequemer Privatparkplatz und nachmittags unter den Platanen am Fluss im grossen Privatpark sitzen und ein Buch lesen. Wunderbar. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen. Denis war immer erreichbar und hat uns den Checkin bestens ermöglicht und viele Tipps gegeben. Er ist sehr nett und seinen Gästen gegenüber aufgeschlossen. Danke Denis für alles!

Très bel appartement, nous sommes tombés sous son charme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé, situé dans une résidence privée et sécurisée avec un beau parc bien entretenu avec la Sorgue à côté que du bonheur ! Le parking privé, un plus dans ce village très touristique ! Nous avons été sensibles par les délicates attentions laissées par Isabelle et Mathieu à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Laurence et Philippe. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et vraiment confortable – on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Laurence et Philippe nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ont été très disponibles et arrangeants tout au long du séjour. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur bienveillance ont vraiment contribué à rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Merci à eux pour tout ! On reviendra avec plaisir! Katia et Cathy
