House surrounded by nature, 1 minute from the center

The cozy house with a beautiful view, surrounded by wooden deck, lots of nature and peace, 500 meters from the square of the sigh. Total privacy, no one has a view to the interior of the house, street without exit and without circulation, only if there was noise of the birds. The house is in the downtown neighborhood, but obviously with its profile not on the central avenue where there are only buildings, but it doesn't even take 2 minutes by car. It is possible to walk, but there is a stretch of hill on the access street and the house has a staircase.
