The living room has a pull-out sofa as well. There is a well-stocked kitchen and grill! Plenty of bikes are provided to enjoy biking on the quiet streets/Shamrock Nature Park (.5 mi. away) Multiple SWFL beaches are 10-15 minutes away! Did we mention the TIKI HUT and hot tub? RELAX:) Vacation pool home (Shamrock Park&Beaches)

Our beautiful vacation pool home is only 200 yds. from Shamrock Park with it's many walking and biking trails along the waterway, within ten minutes of 4 different beaches, just a 4 min. drive from a private beach and 10 mins. from the Brohard dog beach! Our private backyard wraps around our screened in pool/lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have 2 full sized bedrooms as well as a smaller nook off from the garage that includes a full sized bed.

A dining area features a wooden table set for six, surrounded by light blue chairs. Natural light flows through large windows, and a ceiling fan hangs above. A cozy seating area is visible in the background, complemented by a desk and chair beside it.
