New Queen bed ,pullout couch (twin). gas grill,toaster oven/airfryer, microwave , hot plate for cooking and full fridge plus ac unit. Rainfall showerhead and river stones on shower floor. beach chairs ,towels available. Off street parking in driveway. The famous, huge fresh market " Detweilers" is only 1.5 miles away

Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. Beautiful little home in North Sarasota in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The apartment is completely locked off from the rest of the house, with its own separate entry. Minutes from beaches, museums, the newest mall built in the country. Every type of restaurant imaginable. Sarasota International Airport and Nathan Benderson Park, which hosts world class rowing events, are only a few minutes away.

The apartment is attached to our shop/barn but you will not have access, nor be bothered during your stay! We (Beth & Merlin) live in the main house. 15 miles from Siesta beach and 12.5 miles from St. Armands and Lido beach.
