On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room with large sofa-bed, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house.
