Appartamento indipendente ristrutturato da poco, dotato di tutti I comfort, a soli pochi metri dalla spiaggia. La struttura è dotata di tutti comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, smart TV, internet veloce ecc.). Lenzuola e asciugamani sono incluse nel prezzo. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi di generi alimentari, macelleria, panificio, tabacchi. Ideale anche per un periodo di smartworking. Ma c'è di più! Siamo orgogliosi di essere eco-friendly, grazie al nostro impianto fotovoltaico!

Zizha Suite by the sea - San Vito Lo Capo

Zizha is a 38 sqm two-room apartment on two levels plus larger outdoor spaces. It consists of a living room with a single bed, smart TV, snack table with stools, and a built-in kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances. The bathroom has a 90×80 shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. Upstairs, the double bedroom with sea view is completed by a livable veranda. The garden is 200 sqm and is equipped with a BBQ area, solarium, dining area, outdoor shower, and parking.

San Vito Lo Capo Rustic on the sea Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per veri della natura, relax e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.

Attico con vista mare. La casa dista 100 metri dalla spiaggia piu' vicina ( momentaneamente è chiuso l'accesso) ma proseguendo il lungomare è possibile accedere ad altre 2 spiaggie , ai Lidi e alla fine del paese al porto quindi alla nostra spiaggia. Dalla terrazza tutti i lunedì si può ammirare l'antico mercato del pesce. A circa 100 metri si trova il centro storico, negozi, market e la piazza principale. consigliamo di noleggiare una macchina per visitare l'isola .

Dispone di un giardino ombreggiato da alberi, attrezzato con zona conversazione e zona pranzo con BBQ, di doccia esterna riscaldata e schermata e di parcheggio privato.

The outdoor area is equipped with two showers, built-in kitchen, dining table, barbecue, large relaxation area surrounded by garden and a parking space.

Spectacular villa just a stone's throw from the beautiful Plaja beach in Castellammare del Golfo. It is located in a very stately and elegant residential area. The villa is brand new and has a beautiful garden, a large private parking lot and a large furnished terrace all around the house where you can enjoy the outdoors and relax on warm summer evenings. Also outside there is a comfortable shower where you can rinse and refresh when returning from the sea.

Benvenuto a Villa Pupa, una villetta luminosa e silenziosa ristrutturata da poco da me e mio marito, a soli 100 metri dall’acqua turchese di Cala Mazzo, raggiungibile tramite un sentiero privato. Qui sei sospeso tra mare, natura e il fascino del borgo di Scopello, che dista appena 900 metri, la villetta si trova al centro tra la Tonnara di Scopello e la riserva naturale dello Zingaro ed entrambe distano circa 500 metri.
