"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Looking for calm? At our house, in Torregrossa, you will find peace and a rural atmosphere. It is a small and quiet town in the Pla d'Urgell, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The house has 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and patio. We are 15 minutes from Lleida and 1.5 hours from BCN. There aren't many services in the village, but there is a lot of authenticity. Ideal for families or couples who want to escape mass tourism.
