House near the vineyards

Enjoy the charm of the countryside while being five minutes from Pezenas (city of Molière). At the bottom of the house, take a walk through the vineyards or you can reach the river and swim there in the summer. Supermarket and tobacco store a two-minute walk from the house. No restaurant in the village, you will have to go to Pézenas. 30 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan. 45 minutes from Montpellier 20 minutes from Béziers. 30 minutes from Lac du Salagou.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

We welcome you to our gîte located in the heart of Pézenas, with many shops (bars, restaurants, the most important weekly market in the region) nearby, without requiring the use of a car. Our gîte, easy to access, is on the ground floor of a winegrower's house with courtyard and private parking. It enjoys a peaceful location on a very quiet street. It overlooks a courtyard on the ground floor as a terrace and has a summer kitchen with a bread oven.

Villa nestled beneath the pine trees in the middle of a vineyard. A 10-minute drive from Mèze and the Thau lagoon. You'll enjoy the private pool to cool off, a large terrace, and hiking trails for strolls. Three bedrooms with double beds and an office with a double bed. You'll have books, a video projector in the living room, and board games to liven up your evenings. A very spacious and charming kitchen is perfect for hosting meals with friends.

House ideally located in the countryside, between plain and pine forest, close to the sea, the pretty town of Pézenas, the Étang de Thau and a stone's throw from the river. The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets. It's a great place in any season, to gather with family, stroll, relax and explore the area.
