This home has been brand new since November 2023. It is very well insulated. The pool is shared between you (the tenants of the gite) and us (the owners). Extra heating and/or air conditioning (check-in/check-out meter reading). Payment from 6 kilowatts used per day

Independent 45 m2 studio furnished inside a barn. Our home is a few meters away (but far enough for everyone's privacy). The main room includes the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washer and dryer and a sitting area with a sofa bed that converts into a bed (for an extra bed) with TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A bedroom with a 160 bed.
