The house has a bright double bedroom, a private bathroom, and a living room with a full kitchenette. Outside you will find a veranda where you can enjoy breakfasts or aperitifs surrounded by nature. The garden, about one hectare, is full of olive trees (including the centuries-old olive tree near the pool) and fruit trees, creating an atmosphere of total relaxation. The pool is shared with the other house and the owners, but thanks to the large spaces, each guest can enjoy privacy and tranquility.

While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.
