We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

In Castillon-la-Bataille, you will feel like home. Ideally located in the midst of Bordeaux vineyard and easily reachable by train (your apartment is only at a 10min walk) or by car, drop your bag in a key region famous for good wine and food, as well as its local products and welcoming inhabitants. In a fully-renovated housing located in a quiet street near the center of Castillon-la-Bataille, you will enjoy all the necessary confort to have the most pleasant stay.

We offer you a wine getaway to the land of the wine chateaux of Canon Fronsac, also known as the Bordeaux Tuscany. Peace and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, accompanied by a magnificent view of the vines. The place has all the comforts as well as air conditioning! Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Sumptuous stone villa near Saint-Emilion

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with its wine-making activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and offers parking and bicycle shelter. British Franco, Jany and his daughter Felicia will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the sights to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Perched on the heights of the hill Genès de Castillon, you will contemplate beautiful sunsets on the Saint-Émilion bell tower (8 min drive) and its millennial vineyards. Former pheasant aviary, very recently restored, you will have at your disposal a 40 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view, a very large 45 m2 living room (a sofa + a single bed) and a spacious 14 m2 bedroom (a 160 cm double bed).

In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace. My place is located on the main street of Castillon-la-Bataille, close to shops. You have a private entrance to the living room, kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals. Upstairs is a bedroom (bed will be made) and opposite is the bathroom (towels available). You are 10 minutes from St Emilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than two hours from Sarlat.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
