Enjoy this perfectly positioned apartment two blocks from the Strand and Queens Gardens, with amazing Castle hill views from the street. Conveniently located cross the road from Coles and all of Gregory St pubs and restaurants. Only a short walk from the rock pool, splash park, ferry terminal, Flinders St nightlife and Stadium. You can also retreat with your own private deck to take in the morning sun and afternoon ocean breezes, or escape the heat inside with some Netflix and chill time on us.

The Footbridge is a one bedroom studio on the doorstep of beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Adult guests, whether your a single or couple , will enjoy a private courtyard and own pool. A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Enjoy beautiful beach side sunsets and the magic of the famous Magnetic island Butterfly park at your back door The Footbridge studio is the perfect getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Self contained guest suite with a private patio and use of the shared pool. Local convenience store and cafe for coffee and breakfast and an easy 15 minute walk to the Strand for restaurants, cafes and bars. There is a launderette in walking distance. 5 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset or sunrise at Rowes Bay or Pallarenda. Street parking. Shared pool cleaned weekly. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds.
