This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Full walk out basement apartment with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom . Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five.

Great place just outside of Denver metro. Situated with views of trees and hills, not buildings and traffic. Stocked with all your kitchen needs for a home cooked meal. BBQ grill came in handy and there was enough room for our family to sit together for dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Place felt and looked brand new. Short drive to all amenities. Drive a little further into the hills for some great trout fishing and site seeing. Check the place out next time you’re in Denver, you won’t regret it.
