I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

We loved this place. The space was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood is quite nice as well. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing but good things to say.

We enjoyed our short stay with Brienne. Very comfortable for our family of 5, clean and peaceful setting. Convenient location to our visit to Garden of the Gods.

We had a one night stop over in the way back to Denver for a flight. This was perfect! We played a game, watched TV and got organized before our flight.

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

I love to stay at Tama’s place. It’s peaceful, private and she is always responsive to any questions or needs.

Vicky was a wonderful host! This trip meant a lot to me, as it was the first time my sisters and I had been in the same location in over 10 years! The house was spacious, the beds SO comfortable, and Vicky’s instructions were very clearly displayed. I definitely recommend!

Had a great stay w/ Jack! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to anything you could need in the area. Jack was a very accommodating host w/ a ton of local recommendations for me and my family who were in town as well. The unit is clean, and the bed is super comfy - since it's a basement unit, it gets virtually no natural light, but the convenience of the in-unit W/D surely makes up for that.

Me and my wife LOVED this stay! The private hot tub and sauna were to die for! We kept talking about how we’d love to come back and stay again! Do yourself a favor and book your nights here and melt your stress away in the hot tub!

Barbara and Paul's guest suite is even cozier and more spacious than the photos suggest! It's the perfect home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming nearby towns. The location is central, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Barbara is an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to help with anything guests might need. And the friendly kitties on the property add a warm, welcoming touch—they’re excellent unofficial greeters! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place, whether you're planning a quick getaway or a longer visit. It has everything you need to feel right at home.

Due to flight delays we didn’t arrive to Nancy’s place till 10:30pm. Nancy was happy to meet us and provide us with the key and garage remote and recommend things that we might want to do. She was always quick to respond to any communication we had. We would stay again if/when we return to Denver. Her place was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at the Airbnb and it was just what we hoped for during our wedding at Woodlands minute’s away. The suite faces the wilderness and hot tub was amazing nightcap with all the stars out. Comfy bed and able to control the temp pretty well. Felt very private and peaceful, thanks Jeremy!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

I've been staying at a lot of Airbnbs in the area this year while getting a large tattoo and THIS is my favorite so far! It has everything you need! The host is super friendly and it's near everything I needed during my stay. Bookmarking in hopes of staying here again for my next appointment! 🤘

great place and as described. in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! so beautiful and walkable! christine is responsive and tries her best to accommodate to whatever your needs are! she does live next door and sometimes we hear her dog bark through the door in the living room but overall does not bother us. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Rafer's place was fantastic. We could tell there was a lot of time and effort put into making their place feel like a home away from home!

From the moment we made the reservation to the night before we checked out, Debra was in contact with us, giving us suggestions, clarifying questions, and meeting our needs before we knew we had them. She noticed that I was limping when I came in and quickly offered hiking poles, which were a lifesaver for the rest of the trip. We are so grateful she ensured our every need was met. Regarding the apartment, it was more spacious than we anticipated. There is a lovely sitting area outside the front door that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal. What you can’t see in the pictures is the burbling creek that meanders past the backyard. The mountains in the distance are a spectacular sight. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools to cook and the bathroom and laundry area have everything you need. Probably the best bed I’ve slept on away from home. If you’re a shortie like me, she’s even provided a stepstool to get on the bed. Awesome location close to USAFA!

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). Truly a gem! After traveling for nearly 20 hours from Kentucky we could not have imagined a better place to stay. Upon arrival as weary travelers, the electric fireplace was on to welcome us in- the cherry on top of an already perfectly cozy suite. Everything from the lighting to the cleanliness… this is the PERFECT stay for Woodland Park/Colorado Springs area. Not only were we looked after during our stay in Colorado, but Steve’s hospitality extended beyond state lines and gave us restaurant recommendations for our overnight stay in Kansas City on the way home. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Place is quiet and easy to get too. We loved the area to sit outside. Lots of great extras like shampoo, laundry soap and coffee station. It worked well for us as our son lives close. You are close to lots to do. We walked the neighborhood a couple of times.
