Nature lovers house with private pool

Quinta da Vinha is a gem for nature lovers, beautifully located in the valley of Reriz. The birds and the river which is a 5 min. walk from the property, are the most present sounds. We have a 14mx6m swimming pool with salted water (no chlorine), in a 1400 sm garden, with a lot of shade spots and sunny spots, a barbecue and an amazing view. The small cottage is ideal for a romantic escape, one bedroom and a kitchen/living room with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay.

BENFEITO COUNTRY HOUSE

My space is in the Village of Campo Benfeito (Villages of Portugal), in the Serra de Montemuro, with granite houses, pure water sources, historical monuments, lots of nature and, above all, very hospitable people. This is where the Montemuro Theater and the Capuchinhas are based. It is about 20 km from the historic city of Lamego and 30 km from the Douro. A lot of people who visit the PAIVA Walkways come here to stay. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This property has a strong emotional connection with my mother-in-law "Geninha", as it was here that she spent her childhood and part of her youth. When life took her away from this secluded village in the deep interior of Portugal, she always missed and wanting to do something for her Christmas village. Casa mesmo ao lado da praia Fluvial de Nodar. Tem um ambiente calmo, tipicamente rural e uma vista admirável. A casa fica na aldeia de Nodar, próxima da serra do São Macário e da aldeia da Pena. Perto da casa existem diversos trilhos, as Montanhas Mágicas são um excelente cartão de visita, e existem vários baloiços com paisagens fantásticas. Os passadiços do Paiva e a ponte 516 Arouca ficam a 20 km.
