Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.
