Great place to stay when you are in San Jose!

Impeccable apartment. Super new. Very well equipped. The building is a tourist attraction. Beautiful view from the terrace.

We had a great time in San Jose and felt at home in the apartment. It was the ideal location for us. We felt very comfortable and safe because it was a secured location with security guards. Having a designated parking spot made it easier to go back and forth without worrying about finding a parking spot. Additionally, the complex is located across from a supermarket so it was easy for us to walk and get groceries. It is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants so we didn’t need to drive for dining. The view overlooking the city from the balcony was amazing. Javier was a great host and I strongly recommend their Airbnb as a preferred place.

This type of apartment is exactly what we consider ideal for long stays. The apartment is brand new, with all new items and plenty of comfort—from the bed and shower to the living room and kitchen. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, game room, and an excellent coworking space with fast internet. The host was always very helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The location is also excellent: there is a supermarket very close by, several restaurants right across from the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking garage is great, and Uber arrives quickly, making it easy to get to the city center. In short, the apartment’s structure and everything it offers stand out. I hope all my future long stays on Airbnb are as good as this one.

The place was wonderful! It felt very at home and had a beautiful view. Randald was very responsive and provided great instructions. We will definitely consider staying here again during our next visit.

I want to thank Luis for his hospitality, he was always attentive to questions and responded quickly. In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He welcomed us with a gift👌🏻. The home is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is safe and the amenities are nice as well. Restaurants and a Grocery store is close by. The host was great by responding to questions quickly and offering suggestions of things to do. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Accross from butterfly museum. Shops and groceries 3 km down road bus and euber easily available. Gated community very secure. Great shared pool area. 25 minutes from San Jose airport.

I said that Giovanni’s during my first trip to Costa Rica. Location was great. There were tons of things to do nearby. The building is very secure and the food was really good. Downstairs at the pasta bar, but also nearby restaurants never takes more than four or five minutes for an Uber to arrive at the condo. Definitely work. Price and I will definitely stay there again. Next time that I’m in San Jose.

I have been in this apartment from January to June (with only an intermediate month outside), so that already says a lot: if I stayed so long it is because it is wonderful. The place is spotless, one of the best apartments that can be rented in the area. Ideal for one or two people, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and well organized. Mario, the host, has always been attentive, decisive and attentive to any details. Communication has been excellent from day one. I would repeat without hesitation!
