A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from the BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. In the historic village of Badby next to the famous bluebell woods, you will find this tranquil cabin in Charlotte and Andrew's garden. With an abundance of walks on the doorstep, it is a short stroll to the local pub. Serving food and amazing cocktails, The Maltsters is a typical village pub with garden. The fabulous Fawsley Hall Hotel is 1 mile away through the woods, or 2.5 miles by road, and there are many other pubs in the surrounding villages.

The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
