Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the Mediterranean at this exclusive retreat. The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. It is also close to the airport and to some fantastic wineries in the region. Come and enjoy all that this fantastic location has to offer.

Welcome to this beachfront luxury apartment, with Smart TV, AC, Garage, dryer, dishwasher, in a top neighborhood with the best transport, restaurants, shopping and children playgrounds next to it. Please note that as a legal requirement, a Tourist tax fee is paid on arrival in Spain (not included in the reservation), and Passport details will be required on arrival. The top quality of all the furniture, beds, sofas and appliances, and the detailistic decoration, which combines design and contemporary pieces with antiques, makes this a unique apartment. You have a lovely terrace with a table and chairs where relax taking a drink or breakfast, wifi, cable TV...and all the details you can imagine, like first-aid kit, sewing kit, trolley for going shopping, high chair, cot, an office table, rain shower, air conditioned and heating, dishwasher, washer, dryer, several coffee machines...anything you need for a long or short stay. Guest can access of course the apartment in exclusive, terrace, and the garage. I answer fast when asked by email, or I'm always easily reachable by mobile. I am always looking forward to answer to my guests questions!!. I live close to the apartment, and have family same block, so I am around the apartment area often, and might come to see you and check how you are, if you agree. I will ask you during your stay if you need anything!!! Take a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping mall Diagonal Mar, Rambla Poblenou, the Barcelona promenade, and Mar Bella Beach. Discover the city with buses across the street and the metro just three blocks away. This is a luxury neighborhood, with all you need steps away, several supermarkets, restaurants (the amazing cooking school across the street!!), local market, shopping mall, and tons of children playgrounds (one in the same building private garden), the beach is just there!! In the apartment street itself, C. Provençals, you have an underground (Metro) stop only 3 blocks away. Station name "Selva de Mar" line 4 (yellow). This is 5-7 minutes walking to the station. In example to go to the cathedral from the apartment by underground it takes only 10-to-15 minutes ( 7 stops: Selva de Mar- Jaume I). The public transport system in Barcelona is at the highest level in Europe. You can buy a “T-10” transport card for less than 10 euros valid for 10 travels for both bus or underground (not valid for Airport "airbus" shuffle to city) at any underground station. There are automatic machines that sell them in all stations. Otherwise a single ticket's cost is 2€ so it's really worth buying the card, that you can share (it's not individual). Also bus stops only 50m away, and the access by car to “ronda litoral” which is the internal “motorway” that goes underground in the city center is only 100m distance. Also you have three touristic “hop on – hop off” bus stops between only 50-100m away! For transport from the airport you can take a taxi which is fast and affordable. Probably around 35-40€ depending on traffic. Should not take more than 35-40 minutes from airport to the apartment. You can ask me to send you detailed instructions, should you wish to take public transport. The apartment atmosphere and the service I will offer you will make your stay unforgettable!!!. Stylish apartment located in the center of the Modernist route. Enjoy this newly renovated apartment, care finishing, high vaulted ceilings and hidraulic&parquet floors. The building is restored and is in a family neighborhood where you can enjoy every day the real Barcelona being only 3 blocks from the majestic Passeig de Gracia and "La Pedrera" from Gaudí. It is also within a few meters from "La casa de les punxes" from the arquitect Puig i Cadafalch. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with balcony, a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower and a fully equipped kitchen. This functional space has all the necessary amenities: hair drier, aa.cc, heating, internet wi-fi, washer-dryer, TV and full -equip kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine. Upon your arrival we will provide a city and subway map. Please let us advise you about the cool places to visit; we are a couple used to traveling and we know you will like from our fantastic city. We look forward to see you! The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a fresh food market where you can buy fresh and local products. This apartment is located in a family neighborhood community. We hope that you respect the peaceful atmosphere. Very well connected and centric, the nearest metro station is Verdaguer, L5 or blue line and Diagonal,L3 or green line. It is within walking distance to any part of the city. Also the Tourist Bus stops in the adjacent block, since one of the icons of modernism is only a few meters away; The House of the Punxes.
