Its location (6km from the beach and 800m from Puig Campana) allows you to combine beach and mountain activities. It also has a municipal swimming pool 100m from the house and private parking. Due to its peculiarities, El Capricho is not recommended for people with reduced mobility and children <4 years.

Finca Bienchen is a three-bedroomed Finca (country house) with a private infinity pool, set atop its own valley overlooking the village of Relleu, and Moorish ruins, in the Alicante region on the Costa Blanca. We have an outdoor covered dining terrace, sun terrace, open fire, BBQ (local outdoor fire restrictions permitting) & covered outdoor tables by the pool. Relleu village is a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive down the valley, Villa Joyosa is a 25-minute drive.
