Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. Glamping at the Farm

-We invite you to come be a happy "Glamper" and have a unique farm experience. The Glamper has everything you will need. It is located near our barns and play area, has a stunning view of the valley. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. Tents are allowed (tent rental available at the farm). Open May 1 - October 13.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
