Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cầu Giấy

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Great stay at a good location. May was very helpful. Nicely decorated apartment, we felt at home. Only sometimes a bad smell from the sewers that came out in the bathroom. For the rest it was nice!

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if it comes, I😆 will be able to check in more competent. Thank you.

Place was cozy and true to picture! It’s a little hidden but the host’s instructions are clear enough to find the place. :)

Tea and Ryann were such amazing hosts - they were very accommodating from the booking phase, until we checked out. They also arranged our tours for Sapa and Halong Bay, as well as drop offs and pick-ups at the airport, and it made everything so hassle free for our group. The location is very accessible and center, surrounded by great food options, easy pick up and drop off for the Grab taxis, and relatively safe. The hosts were very responsive and detailed, and even supported us with last minute changes on our tour reservations, and even on the rebooking of my friend's flight. Overall a very happy and satisfied stay and trip in Hanoi and Sapa! :) Thanks so much for all your help, Tea and Ryann!

Everything is ok

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, with comfortable beds and a large TV. The apartment complex is quite nice with a gym and onsite convenience store. It is located fairly far from the touristy areas of Hanoi (e.g. the Old Quarter) but it makes for a peaceful and quiet environment. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, a beautiful view from 29th floor. The complex has facilities such as swimming pool and children playground. The location is perfect and super convenient for shopping, dining and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, rapid response to any needs. Thanks Sim. We had a great stay and will be back. It was nice to see the road stretched out flat. They were quick to respond and friendly. It was nice that they responded quickly even when I checked in early in the late hours.

Nice apartment with nice view. Have stayed here a few times but this round, killed 7 cockcroaches. Apartment showing signs of wear and tear like loose toilet seat and door handle. Owner said she will fix.

Amazing place, looks exactly like the picture, we felt right at home and didn’t want to leave 🥲 The apartment has full amenities, the washer dryer and dishwasher were very useful during our 5 days stay. The bed was comfortable, the toilet got japanese bidet (our fave!!), everything was great really. The location is great, away from the hustle bustle of the old quarter so it’s relatively more peaceful. The road in front of the building has several lanes so the access to the apt was easy. Got a minimart next to it and several restaurants within walking distance so it was very convenient. Close to lotte mall tay ho too! The host is super responsive and helpful as well, will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Hanoi again.

Clean, brand new house with fully furnished luxury living facilities. It is also a quiet place and very comfortable for light sleepers like me. Host prompt support.

It was peaceful location and good for me to focus on work. Everything like super market, pharmacy, restaurants are on the ground floor level, and very convenient. Room was self check in and easy to find the key. It is very clean. Great stay overall.

It's a nice and clean house. The traffic is also very convenient for you to move around. Many of my Korean friends are here too.
