Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cầu Giấy

Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

It was raining a lot while we were checking in and needed to carry big luggage through the stairs on second floor. Wasn’t a good start. But the room is so clean cozy and beautiful! out of our expectations, I’d say nicer than photos haha:) it’s at the corner sometime you would hear the sound from ambulances not sure if there’s hospitals nearby. But overall I recommend this nice place. Walkable to everywhere and enjoy much local food around

l'appartement est juste en face du mausolée d'ho chi minh ce qui est vraiment super pratique ! il y a une jolie terrasse 5eme étage et un plus petit balcon au 6ème. les chambres sont lumineuses et très bien décorées. l'hôte a été très gentil et accomodant. il nous a même permis de rester jusqu'à 16h le jour du départ car notre avion a été retardé. nous avons vraiment passé un moment agréable !

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Très bon séjour dans un logement propre, bien situé et conforme à l’annonce. Les hôtes étaient très arrangeants, disponibles et répondaient rapidement à nos messages. Petite précision : le chien du voisin aboyait assez souvent, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un excellent moment. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

C'est un très bel appartement, bien décoré et chaleureux, les photos sont conformes à la réalité, il dispose également d'un ascenseur. Il est bien situé proche du old quarter, des cafés et restaurants aux alentours et à quelques mètres du train street ! Nous avions voyagé avec un bébé, et à notre grande surprise nous avons eu droit à un lit bébé sans même en avoir fait la demande auprès des hôtes. Les hôtes ont été superbes, attentionnés, disponible et réactives. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, à ne surtout pas louper si vous êtes sur Hanoi surtout pour ce rapport qualité - prix !

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, with comfortable beds and a large TV. The apartment complex is quite nice with a gym and onsite convenience store. It is located fairly far from the touristy areas of Hanoi (e.g. the Old Quarter) but it makes for a peaceful and quiet environment. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, a beautiful view from 29th floor. The complex has facilities such as swimming pool and children playground. The location is perfect and super convenient for shopping, dining and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, rapid response to any needs. Thanks Sim. We had a great stay and will be back. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment with nice view. Have stayed here a few times but this round, killed 7 cockcroaches. Apartment showing signs of wear and tear like loose toilet seat and door handle. Owner said she will fix.

Amazing place, looks exactly like the picture, we felt right at home and didn’t want to leave 🥲 The apartment has full amenities, the washer dryer and dishwasher were very useful during our 5 days stay. The bed was comfortable, the toilet got japanese bidet (our fave!!), everything was great really. The location is great, away from the hustle bustle of the old quarter so it’s relatively more peaceful. The road in front of the building has several lanes so the access to the apt was easy. Got a minimart next to it and several restaurants within walking distance so it was very convenient. Close to lotte mall tay ho too! The host is super responsive and helpful as well, will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Hanoi again.

It was peaceful location and good for me to focus on work. Everything like super market, pharmacy, restaurants are on the ground floor level, and very convenient. Room was self check in and easy to find the key. It is very clean. Great stay overall.

It's a nice and clean house. The traffic is also very convenient for you to move around. Many of my Korean friends are here too.
