I had an absolutely amazing stay at this dome! Everything was perfectly organized, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. The attention to detail was incredible, and it’s clear the host genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for their guests. The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had!

My stay at ZipWine Byurakan Cottage was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the serene surroundings and wonderful design of the cottage, which had great features for soundproofing and aesthetics throughout. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The views of the countryside are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect getaway spot. I especially loved relaxing on the terrace with a glass of local wine at sunset while tending to a lovely fire in the wood fireplace. Simply magnificent! The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was seamless. The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions like Byurakan Observatory and stunning hiking trails. I highly recommend staying here! It’s a hidden gem for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. I'm already very eager to return!

We stayed for two nights. The host was very cooperative and responsive. She communicates with English which was good. there was minor notice which is the drainage plumbing in the shower room was very slow which resulted in a pool of water in the bathroom

Had a really nice stay. Both Natalie in messages and Nona at the place were amazing, helpful and quick responding. I was stay in the autumn and nature around the place is really beautiful. It was a really good place to hide from the city and civilization. Home is very cozy, it feels like hosts made it for theirselves. Everything was comfortable. I want to notice, that all my questions through the experience were answered. And any problem was solved quickly and with quality.

Мне очень понравилось жилье Лики. После шумного Тбилиси очень приятно провести несколько дней в тихой местности, где из звуков только петухи и индюшки) В доме есть все нужное, видно что делался для себя. Посуды много, есть шампуры и мангал. А территория вообще супер: гамаки, шезлонги, все зелено и много места. В общем место супер, вернусь еще)

Местоположение классное, уединенное, красивый вид на море и окрестности, из минусов тяжело добраться, отсутствие поблизости магазинов и ресторанов, место чисто для уединенного отдыха, очень чистое жилье и территория, все продумано до мелочей

Останавливались в коттедже втроем, нам очень понравилось жилье - дома есть все необходимое, снаружи большая веранда с восхитительным видом. Мы были в ноябре и ночью было -12 градусов, но дом хорошо отапливается (обогреватели и печка), было очень комфортно. Дом расположен чуть выше, чем основные улицы Местии, до ближайшего магазина идти не больше 5 минут, до центральной площади Местии - 10-15. Подъем к дому - по деревянной лестнице, но мы не испытали трудностей с ней даже после сильного снегопада. Все было отлично, определенно рекомендую это жилье !

אנחנו שמחים לשתף שהמקום של תמרה היה לנו מושלם. המשפחה אספה אותנו מהשדה. בדרך עצרו לנו להחליף כסף ולעשות קניות. הוסבר לנו שיש חנויות יחסית רחוק ולכן היה טוב לקנות מצרכים. המטבח והחצר מאובזרים בכל הכלים להכנת אוכל. כשהגענו לבית לא האמנו כמה יפה ושקט. הבית ממוקם מעל כפר יפה ומצריך קצת הליכה וזה מה שרצינו. בבוקר היינו מכינים ארוחה ואז יוצאים לטייל בסביבה. אין סוף טבע ומעעינות ששתינו מהם. רצינו חופשה זוגית אינטימית וזה מה שקיבלו. ממליץ להוריד אפליקציה של Bolt כי זה מאוד נוח וזול. זה היה הביקור הראשון בגאורגיה והיה מושלם. כזוג שאוהב טבע ומפגשים אנושיים עם המקומיים קיבלנו הכל. תודה לTamara, Morman & Niko.

Amazing cottage so worth the price and the trip The surroundings are so peaceful because of being on the top most part David was very responsive,helpful and had so many ameneties for us in the cottage he even helped us with local restaurants. We would love to visit again

Als je in Georgië van plan bent om aan de zwarte zee te verblijven is Cottage Petra een van de beste keuzes. Je bent binnen 10 minuten lopen bij het strand. Kohbuleti is nabij voor restaurants etc. Het huisje zelf is super mooi en comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan er prima koken en op het balkon opeten met prachtig uitzicht over de zwarte zee. In de tuin kan je ook bbq-en. De host en zijn familie zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een erg unieke en mooie plek.

Мы провели замечательное время в Батуми, в посёлке Макхо. Наша семья из пяти человек чувствовала себя как дома! Нас встретили очень тёпло — Ламзе и её муж Джамал оказались невероятно доброжелательными, отзывчивыми и гостеприимными хозяевами. С самого первого дня они помогали нам с любыми вопросами — от бытовых мелочей до рекомендаций по местам, которые стоит посетить. Дом был чистым, уютным и полностью соответствовал описанию. Просторно, всё продумано для комфортного проживания семьи. Особенно понравился завораживающий вид на море и город и потрясающий вид на горы — настоящий отдых для души. Если вы ищете место, где можно отдохнуть в тишине, покушать в грузинских ресторанах поближе к природе, но при этом недалеко от Батуми — это идеальный вариант. От всей нашей семьи — огромное спасибо Ламзе и Джамалу! Обязательно приедем снова.

We stayed 5 days at this countryside house and had a good experience. Beautiful location near Aragvi River with open fields for walking. We came with our dog and car - access road is fine, some potholes after rain but manageable. Ana and Giorgi are very helpful hosts who met us personally and showed us around. House is comfortable with soft mattress, good sofa, and extra cookware provided. The grill works well and jacuzzi is a nice feature. WiFi and mobile internet work properly. Shop is 5 minutes by car, location about 1 hour from city. Our dog enjoyed the fields - some stray dogs around but not aggressive. Minor issues: neighboring house is close so you might hear other guests occasionally. Water pressure was sometimes weak and shower had small leak. Good for short stays. Hosts' hospitality made the experience positive. Recommended for countryside weekends.
