nice place, but the address given was wrong and host was unresponsive. had to figure out the actual address by ourselves in the end…

George und seine Mutter sind super freundlich! Der botanische Garten und der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke (15-20min zu Fuß am Berg / 2min mit dem Auto). Von unserem Balkon hatten wir eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und Batumi Falls George nicht im Haus war, antwortete er online immer schnell! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden definitiv dort wieder buchen!

Прекрасный дом. Все, что нужно для проживания и отдыха есть (холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер). Все новое, Очень чисто и уютно. Расположение отличное, пляж близко. Хозяева очень радушные и гостеприимные люди. Все подскажут, расскажут. Мы с удовольствием приедем ещё раз!

Большой дом и сад, бассейн, где с удовольствием купаются дети. Гостеприимные хозяева.

Дом Георгия был вторым за все время, проведенное на побережье. Первая неделя прошла в городской суматохе в одном из номеров бесчисленных отелей, и за это время сложилось ощущение, что мы устали сильнее, чем отдохнули. Решили подыскать что-то ещё, поближе к природе. Так и очутились в Санни Хотел, и эти три дня были волшебными. Звуки, запахи и виды здесь сносят крышу, а хозяева - одни из самых радушных людей, что нам доводилось встречать. Поэтому каждому, кто устал от мегаполиса - строго рекомендую

Описание и фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности. От себя хочу добавить, отель Sunny Hotel - отличное тихое место для отдыха от городской суеты рядом с Ботаническим садом. Хозяева гостеприимные, ежедневные вкусные завтраки и ужины от хозяйки Гульнары, Георгий - добрый отзывчивый человек, всё организует, всё подскажет. В отеле также работает экскурсионное бюро, всем советую экскурсию в Гомис Мта, с него открываются отличные виды, всю информацию можно узнать у Георгия.

Очень большой, красивый дом с замечательным видом на сад. Дом находится в районе Зеленого мыса и рядом большой пляж и Ботанический сад. Очень хорошее месторасположение, до Батуми 10 минут на маршрутке, которая ходит прям возле дома, стоимостью 60 тетри. Очень гостеприимная семья, отдельное спасибо Марине, хозяйке дома, за ее вкусные завтраки. Она рассказывала нам куда лучше пойти, что посмотреть и как добраться - очень хорошая и доброжелательная женщина ))))

Der Platz ist sehr schön gelegen, die Aussicht aus dem Bett wunderbar und das Essen gut. Vako, der Manager, war äußerst hilfsbereit und half uns bei den Vorbereitungen für unseren Trail. Danke!

We had a great time at Gokay’s town house property! It was really clean which we appreciate and had amazing bbqs with Gokay & his son Deniz. The village is incredible and with an amazing view and friendly people. It’s also on the way to soumela monastery. This is certainly a hidden gem!

We had an incredible stay at Nino’s place. The atmosphere was serene, and the surrounding nature was nothing short of breathtaking. Every moment felt like a peaceful retreat. Nino was an exceptionally responsive host, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nino’s family’s warmth, friendliness, and kindness made our experience truly unforgettable. Very nice and tasteful house. The owner is an artist, there are many beautiful paintings in the house, a cozy seating area.

This is a lovely place to stay - especially with children because there are so many farm animals to look at! It is an absolutely beautiful setting, and the room was comfortable and very nice. The family restaurant on premise is incredible, I ate so much, and the wine from their winery is out of this world! The best part was how kind and welcoming Natia and her family were. It is one of those special places where the place is lovely, but the people, both the hosts and the other guests, you meet are the best part!

i read all the reviews and set my expectations maybe thats why me and my husband enjoyed it very much. We stayed for 5 days and we were happy, energized and inspired. The place is amazing, for city dwellers, the nature is amazing in all corners. The canyon is just few stairs down the location. We appreciate the hospitality, despite them not speaking fluent english. The food which others mentions was quite overprices was amazing. We appreciate each meal specially the pork BBQ. You will feel that its your aunties who cooked it. Some issues which others posted was that its not really private and there are people coming over and the smoke coming from the kitchen. It didnt bother us at all. and since we are sharing the kitchen, they gladly provided us with things we needed. so that part wasnt an issue too. we booked a tour with tuem and enjoyed it as well. we will try to come back. 🫶 such a good family vacation home. thank you everyone. ❤️

Отличное место вблизи Казбека, горнолыжного курорта Гудаури ну и других достопримечательностей. Очень вежливая хозяйка Нонна. Чистые,просторные номера с отличными видами на горы, в которых можно комфортно разместиться любой компанией. Спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно приедем еще!

Very good place. At all it was very amazing experience for me as solo traveller. It can be more amazing with a company. The location of the cottage was not accurate enough and you should go there with your car
