In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Located on the third and top floor (without a lift) of a modern building, it is equipped with large sliding windows and a large furnished terrace (30 m2) with table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and open space living room-kitchen complete with sofa bed.

A large veranda, barbecue area, tennis court and large swimming pool will make your stay special and unique. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen, equipped with every comfort and Wi-Fi connection. The swimming pool is open from May 15 to October 15.
