Uncle and Aunty were so well behaved and polite. We neither felt unnecessarily poked, but still everything was very well covered. The hosts were always responsive. They took care of everything we needed. The rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean. The hosts gave some complimentary food as well; like- Coffe, Milk, Tea bags, oil, salt, black paper and so on. They also let us keep the luggage before our check in time at a secured place. The hosts are very straight forward about everything. The instructions and recommendations were very precised and useful. I would recommend this place for sure.

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

We recently stayed in this property, true value for what you pay. has everything you need, very nice neighborhood and neat place. Internet works great and we didn't face any trouble during our stay. Some maintainence of latches etc. and replacement of RO, washing machine etc would help. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. It was an amazing stay here.. Wish we could have planned out our stay here for some more days. The Bay Talpona is a fixed place to stay now whenever we come here the next time. Dharman himself is a very courteous , warm and a lovely person.. From organising the whole stay, making us comfortable and also giving us a lovely decoration for our Anniversary , Dharman did it all for us, taking back the most cherishable memories from the Bay Talpona.. ❤️❤️

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The nook! The place was extremely serene and the view was wonderful. The place was spotless and spacious. Even though we went there in the midst goa’s monsoon, we enjoyed the place. There was food delivery available and ample car parking. Ayushi and Raj were responsive and cleared all our doubts. Hope to return again in the summer for the view!

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

It was a lovely experience to stay at this property both Rahul and Mansi are amazing they were proactive in suggesting nearby restaurants, beaches and food delivery places it was very helpful as it was raining so we could get food delivered at property. Property is very beautiful and well equipped. both caretaker Riya and Biswas were also very helpful. I would really recommend this property.

The place was quite serene. Surrounded by nature and water on all sides, it was a totally relaxing atmosphere. The checkin process was seemless and Seema didi was very attentive. I would recommend this place, if you want to have a peaceful time in Goa.

The host: Shivani is a wonderful host who stays in the same building. She is very helpful and soft spoken. The property: This is an apartment building very close to Palolem Beach, and is right next to the mountain area. The Room: Its a 1RK with a bathroom and a balcony. It was spotless clean and had a great Marine theme in the Room. It also had high speed internet, with a Smart TV, small tables and a cabinet, and even an extra bed. The kitchen has a gas, utensils, a Fridge, and a Washing Machine, but was lacking a microwave (which is also very useful to have). One innovative (and helpful) thing regarding the bathroom was the fan (not an exhaust one) installed in it, which is very useful to keep away the heat in the humid atmosphere, while your on the toilet. 😅 Just one word of caution: Since the apartment is almost "attached" so close to the mountain and the tress, there are a lot of monkeys there, which have no issues climbing into the balcony.
