Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Caves Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Barefoot at Broke over the long weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and felt extremely spacious for the 5 of us, plus our family dog. Located in Broke, the property feels private and secluded, yet only a short drive away from some amazing wineries. Steve and Jen were also very responsive hosts, answering all our questions promptly and providing clear instructions for check in/ out. We would highly recommend Barefoot at Broke for a small group getaway - we had an amazing time!

We had an awesome stay at Daniel’s place! We're a family of four and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having things like spices, oil, and coffee already there made things so easy. The house is modern and had everything we needed. Daniel was a great host, really responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely Airbnb. Morgan was very nice: from the warm welcome to thoughtful little touches that made the house feel like home. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the restaurants and stores, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of heart in the stay.

Our family of eight adults enjoyed our weekend in Pokolbin. We enjoyed the view to the mountains from the balcony and the large yard with three rustic chipping greens to practice our golf. The house was spacious and the ducted air-conditioning provided warmth during some cold winter weather. The BBQ are was also excellent. The property is walking distance to a few cellar doors and a nearby restaurant provided a free shuttle service for convenience. Melissa was a wonderful host and made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

This was the most beautiful place to say - I can’t express how the even though the pictures looked amazing- they didn’t do it justice. We were blown away and that sunset on the water was breathtaking. Felt so homey and we didn’t want to leave. I will be back - just delightful and the host were so kind and accomodating. This is a beautiful lakehouse that balances the charm of a well-loved family home with the glamour of gorgeous architecture and beautiful lake views. You get the most wonderful sunset from the deck but I also highly recommending sitting by the lake in the early morning. If the lake is still enough, it becomes a perfect mirror of the sky and the occasional pelican will float on by. The host, Justin, was also very friendly, generous, and responsive. Highly recommend for a stay a group of friends or big family.

An escape from reality is what we were after, Todd provided! Todd's place in Copacabana was our home away from home. Our whippet 'Willow' had fun in the fenced yard, may have been too inquisitive of the herb garden and trampled the rosemary... sorry about that! Our morning walk to the café on the beach provided us with the caffeine to explore this beautiful suburb. Obsessed with the vibe of Todd's home, giving us inspiration to style our own place! Todd was very friendly, always replying quickly and giving us a heads up for the weather. We recommend Todd's slice of heaven to any families and their furry friends!

We were in Maitland for a weekend of sport and Sally's place was an easy 14 minute drive from town - and a welcome escape from the noisy stadium. We were greeted on arrival with warm freshly baked bread and homemade treats, and made to feel right at home. Our dog loved running around and meeting the inquisitive cows and friendly horses along the fence line, and we were warm and cosy inside the cottage - and protected on the sunny verandah on what was a pretty cold and windy long weekend. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay!

Loved our stay. Warm and inviting, fire stoked for our arrival. A great weekend escape, peaceful….lovely to wander the property checking out all the animals. Our dog had so much fun with Freddy & Wally which was a bonus. Jo was easy to deal with, helpful local recommendations, delicious treats was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

For anyone looking to explore Hunter Valley Wine Country I could not recommend this enough! Had absolutely everything we needed for the best long weekend away. The place was spotless and so well stocked, with the loveliest welcome gift. Tamara was so responsive and helpful, I can’t wait to recommend it to all my friends (and come back!)

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. The place itself was stunning and it was filled with beautiful and thoughtful touches such a bottle of wine and breakfast food ready - even fresh eggs! Victoria met us and walked us through the place and even let us check out late. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at Windmill Lodge. There is lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for large groups. We also made use of the wood fire for pizza and the extra large paella pan. Lots of lounges and seating and a big long dining table perfect for large groups. Tanya was very helpful is setting up extra beds as we required and we felt very at home.

Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxed, natural, clean and cosy! Just a few words to capture this peaceful home. Owners went above and beyond even to a point where a bag was left and they posted it back to Sydney without additional charges. Stunning view, mineral pool - the photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful home, great location, clean and tidy and had 5 seperate beds which was a rare find in the area. The pool was a lovely touch. The host was very friendly and communicated so well. We had a stress free stay there with no issues whatsoever. Thank you Tara!

Thank you Yang! We had a fantastic stay at Caves Beach. Yang’s house was beautiful — comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, local cafés, and the bar. Caves Beach itself is the perfect spot to unwind, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

This was our second stay in the cabin and definitely not our last. I can't speak highly enough of the host, the space and the location... everything is just wonderful. The Cabin is very well decked out and feels like a private retreat. It's the perfect size for a beach side getaway with pooch in hand. The hosts are extremely welcoming and everything is a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay.

Jeannette’s tiny home was clean, well appointed and beautifully presented. The home was exactly as described. Jeannette is a proactive host who gave clear directions and arrival instructions, she was friendly and provided helpful information about local amenities. We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The house and surroundings are even better than the photos suggest. The house was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The surroundings are peaceful and private with lots of sunshine all day through. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely place Beautiful quiet clean. Super comfy with all the kitchen needs readily available. Walking distance to the beach and the nature reserve. Our dogs were so happy especially when we took them to the off leash beach about 10 mins away. Really appreciated the milk bread jam and choccies.
