Villa holiday rentals in Çayköy

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is better than pictures! The views are breathtaking, we loved drinking our morning coffee on the balcony and admiring the sea, the boats and the mountains or having a late night drink looking at all the lights. Everyone in our group absolutely loved this villa, from 2 year old to a 62 year olds. There were days when we did not even leave the villa and stayed all day by the pool. Truly so relaxing and peaceful. The location is superb. Far enough from all the noise but walkable ( even in the heat) both to the beach and to the town with all the stores and restaurants. Also, Efe is the best host we have ever had, constantly checking on us and recommending things to do, places to visit and booking excursions. The boat tour he had booked for us was the highlight of our trip. We all agreed this was the best family vacation any of us had and are already making plans for the next year.

Mr. Erhan is a very friendly and great host. He greeted us privately as we entered the house and had a very friendly attitude. The house was very, very clean. I am a very meticulous person and I check the cleaning as soon as I enter the house, but the house was clean. There is every item you can think of in the kitchen. From the coffee machine to the air fryer. It's literally the comfort of your own home. The furniture is new and useful, and she also had the house sprayed. Although we are in the middle of the forest, I did not see a single ant in the house. Moments with a baby are like a bug bite :). He even had the Ministry of Health banderole documents that he put in the house for the cleaning of the pool, etc. They even put water, wine, and fruit in the house for us. Thank you so much to him. If you want to have a clean accommodation experience in nature, I think this is the place you will prefer. You can stay safely

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. Sone was amazing when I called him to ask for help when I had a problem with my airport taxi transfer. I asked him if he could help organise a 5 seater taxi to Dalaman airport and he immediately called a company who was able to provide an emergency pick up for us. He then maintained contact with me until the taxi arrived. Without his help and attention to detail we would have missed our flights. Highly recommend. Many thanks and kind regards Shona Young

We loved our stay at the villa. The location and the view is amazing. The drive is a bit tricky but it’s worth it. Büşra is very helpful and responsive. We had a flat tyre on our last day and Büşra and her family were very kind and helpful. They helped us with changing the tyre for free. I would definitely book the villa again if I visit the area again in the future.

Our stay here at Villa Calico was spectacular! One of the best holidays ever - beautiful views lovely and peaceful location the Villa was wonderful with everything that we needed and more ! Our family of seven thought we had died and gone to heaven ! Would definitely recommend this property and we will be returning again Excellent holiday 😎

Spacious villa with amazing pool and great view. It looks just like on the photos. We stayed there with two kids for almost a week and would stay again. There are few nice local restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket 5 min. by car, and tons of beautiful and interesting places close by. You need a car to be able to reach them, though. Sezgin was always ready to help and we even got homemade olive oil and eggs. Thank you for your hospitality!

Before we arrived ugur kindly contacted us by phone & explained everything from check in & arranging a transfer from the airport. We arrived early & he allowed us to come & sit on the balcony & use the pool while they finished ready for us to use. The villa really is amazing & finished to a high standard. There was everything we needed & more. The kids loved the pool & all the room. The location was quiet & beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for ugur he even took us shopping for a few bits at the shops when we arrived. I would highly recommend this Villa to family friends & who ever reads this review. We will definitely be booking again 😊

I can’t describe how much we loved this place. This was our home for 4 nights for a girls trip - my 30th birthday and it truly felt like home. Yurdanur and Ben were so responsive and proactive. Answered all the questions we had, helped recommend tourist attractions, taxis, transfers, you name it. I would be recommending this place to anyone that is looking for a luxurious villa in the heart of Fethiye. It’s not just about the villa but the hosts look after you and make the experience even more worthwhile. So hospitable. I’ll be returning 🤎

Villa, bathroom, kitchen, towels, sheets, everything was tidy and clean. The view and infinity pool were very nice. The pool is cleaned every morning, the depth is ideal, we were able to put the sun loungers as it progresses in layers and it was pleasant to sunbathe. All kinds of tools and necessities are available at home. We brewed our filter coffee in the morning and made our barbecue in the evening. We had the conditions to enjoy and create a peaceful ambiance, and it was a very fun holiday for us. Mr. Yunus is a very good host, he solved the problem we had with the warm pool in a way that we could find a middle ground. Ms. Ayten was also very sweet. Apart from🧿 that, if I were to talk about a few small details, it would be cats and flies. We tried to get rid of our cat guests without😅 feeding them. We also got rid of the little flies in the morning by burning coffee and spraying off spray. Since it is in a mountainous area, such things are inevitable, it did not bother us much. In general, it was a very pleasant holiday for us, we would like to come again

The house was very nice in general, the view and the spaciousness of the house were great, we had a pleasant time.

Villa Nilla was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful views and gorgeous swimming pool. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything you could think of. Our host Mehemet couldn’t do enough for us. He collected us from airport and brought us back for our return flight. On arrival to the Villa we found he had stocked the fridge with all the essentials and sweet treats. We have been doing air BnB for several years now and Mehemet is by far the best host we have ever had. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend Villa Nilla for your stay in Kalkan. We will definitely be going back some day.

We had a fabulous time at Emrah’s gorgeous villa! He went out of his way to even find a baby stroller for us from his friends. We are already thinking about when to go back again. Thank you for your hospitality Emrah!

We originally booked to stay at the Villa for 10 days, but on the 9th day we extended our stay for a further 4 days as our family were really happy there. The location of Villa, at the back of Ovacik, just a couple of minutes drive to Hisaronu or Fethiye town, we were surrounded by Pine Forests and Mountain views, coupled with visits from the local nature, where the kids were excited to spot Tortoises wondering around, or families of Wild Boars in the evenings, it really was the perfect spot for us. The Villa is far enough away from the town so you don't have to worry about the noise and it's really peaceful and private. The Villa it self was beautifully designed and had everything a family would need during there stay, including a traditional large outdoor turkish BBQ, Fussball Table, a great sized pool and digital TV with many international channels. The owners, Meltem was a great host and was always very friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Hasans place was absolutely incredible. Amazing views of sunset. The pool was huge and all the landscaping was beautiful. The whole place had everything you needed, very modern. It was the highest place in the mountains but easy to get to and very close to the main area of bars/restaurants. We will definitely be returning here. Hasan was great with communication and came and cleaned the pool and outdoor area. Whole villa fully equipped and secluded for privacy. Thank you

We had a great stay at this villa! The house looked exactly like the photos — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The garden and pool were regularly taken care of, which made everything even more enjoyable. There’s a market within walking distance, which was super convenient. The villa is also very close to Kalkan, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

We couldn't fault this villa - it's great. Modern and clean and comfortable with lovely views and we had everything we needed. It's a residential area with stunning views over the houses in front out to sea. The location wasn't accurate so we weren't quite where we thought we were going to be but I can see the location has now been corrected. The villa is a 7-10 minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club (downhill there/free shuttle back up). Carrefour supermarket is about 15 minutes uphill. Old Town/Harbour is a 7 minutes taxi ride. Taxis are the way to go and super easy to organise - Baris leaves the taxi number in the villa. From the Old Town you can get boats to other Beach Clubs. There aren't many restaurants in this area, that we found anyway, but it didn't bother us as the Old Town and Harbour is great in the evenings for shopping, drinks and food. We can highly recommend this villa and Kalkan in general - we were a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and all loved it.

Wonderful villa in a great location. You get the best of both worlds as Özün the owner of the villa also owns the adjacent hotel which has a restaurant, bar and a huge pool which was great for the kids. Özün and all of his staff were so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, nothing was too much. This is Turkish hospitality at its finest. We will definitely be returning.
