We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You will enjoy its shops and sports facilities by walk. You are 30 min from the vineyards the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 1 H from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

We offer a completely independent apartment, inside our wooded park. You have an entrance for your car and a private garden under the trees on one side and the other, a pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the serenity of the park and access the pool. Bazas and its cathedral, Sauternes and the vineyard are nearby.
