As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

great location and easy access

Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

The hosts are very quick to respond, helpful and lovely to deal with, the airbnb is in a great location and has everything you need, I am very grateful to have stayed here.

Highly recommended✨️💯💯💯 MG's place is perfect for family and travelers who want to be in the center of all. Easy access to commute. Food stalls were just right in the corner. Mall is just in front. Pier is a quick 5 to 10 minutes trip. It was a nice place to rest after a whole day of travel. Thank You for welcoming us :)

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. I had to request something from her and she gladly accomdated it. I would love to go back here again and will recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you, Belle for hosting us.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. Staying at Wander Nest was amazing! My whole family and I loved it! The place was beautiful, they had a good number of options for the included breakfast - which tasted so good, they had a van and a tuktuk that helped us get around to the closer areas, and most importantly the people that worked there were very genuine at helping us and making our stay wonderful and worthwhile! If you needed things or areas to be cleaned up, they will gladly do so! They also gave amazing reccomendations and offered numerous help. Our stay was as delightful as we hoped! The place itself was neat and comfortable for all of us. If you’re in Bohol, it will definitely be a great option to stay here, especially for bigger groups! Looking forward to when we get a chance to visit Bohol again!

The House of the Rising Sun was perfect for our group of 10 (9 adults and 1 child). Chris was responsive from the time that I was inquiring about many things before the actual booking, to the time that we were already in Bohol. He made practical suggestions that enabled us to maximize our time in Bohol. The van service provided by the Airbnb was a dealbreaker for us, because this made the airport transfers, the tours and the transportation to and from the beach and the restaurants so much easier (and cheaper!). The house itself was spacious and clean, and it came with all the creature comforts that one would expect from a good airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and again this was a major plus for Paul and Chris' place since we did not want to be at the beach all day long. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to chill and bond with family and friends.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. Ate Cherry’s is very responsive and friendly. Maganda rin ang place and malapit talaga sa SM. The room is worth the price.

Excellent communication from the friendly host, Jonathan. He was very quick to respond to questions and fix minor problems. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV with netflix (if you angle the TV you can watch from the corner of the bed). Nice balcony with a good view. Free access to the pool. Good WiFi - I was able to do video calls which was necessary for my work.

Very well recommended a place to stay, accessible to restaurants, markets and convenient stores. I love the place and the accommodations, for safety issues it is a very secure place security guards are very friendly and polite. I will give over all 4.5 🌟 ratings. Good job Mr Errol 👍

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

This Airbnb was perfect, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. But what really stood out was their amazing hospitality. So approachable and helpful, making our stay truly special. Highly recommend!

This place was the best place I stayed in while visiting in the Philippines. Host was very responsive. I left my glasses and they let me know. If I come back I will definitely book this place again. Great location! The restaurant’s around this place are delicious. The front desk is very helpful as well.
