Elegantissimo appartamento alla stazione centrale in stile liberty: ingresso, salone-studio, stanza da pranzo, cucina, 2 bagni, 3 camere da letto, divano letto. Posto al 2^ piano con ascensore, aria condizionata, lenzuola, asciugamani, phon, cucina attrezzata: microonde, bollitore, lavatrice, ecc. comodo per poter raggiungere le più belle località della Sicilia grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione centrale da dove partono pullman e treni. Navetta da e per aeroporto su richiesta a pagamento.

Raggiungibili a piedi il teatro Massimo,piazza Pretoria,i quattro canti,i monumenti più importanti,e i mercati storici.Alloggio luminoso e silenzioso,ristrutturato da poco,impreziosito da soffitti in legno decorato di fine '600 e affreschi d'epoca. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore.

“6 al Duomo” è la mia personale residenza secondaria in Piazzetta Santa Croce 6 che ho deciso occasionalmente di affittare per brevi periodi ai turisti che vogliono godere di una vacanza in una cittadina stupenda, con un mare altrettanto stupendo, ma in un ambiente familiare. Distante solo mt. 200 dal vecchio porticciolo e da Porta Pescara, dove ha inizio il lungomare sabbioso di Cefalù e mt. 200 dalla stupenda scogliera della Giudecca, ci troverete tutto ciò che vi occorre per sentirvi “a casa”

Accogliente e particolare casa isolata immersa nel verde con una stupenda vista sul mare di Cefalù Può ospitare fino a 5 persone. La casa è su due livelli con due camere da letto al piano superiore. Il grande patio è il luogo ideale per riposare o cenare guardando il mare e immersi nel parco delle Madonie La piscina, è condivisa con la mia famiglia che abitiamo nella piccola casa nelle vicinanze. Dista 4 Km da Cefalù. La strada è un po’ dissestata ed è Indispensabile una macchina un po’ alta.

Well connected by public transport.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.
