The apartment is located in the central area near all services. Franz is a kind person and was punctual with the check-in and available to anticipate it by meeting my needs. I found the apartment clean and with all the necessary accessories. I would say an excellent solution for one or two people to stay in Murcia.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

The apartment is in excellent condition. Very close to the center on foot. Quiet place. The apartment's description is accurate. Nice details like Nespresso capsules for breakfast. Everything worked perfectly. We required an extra key and when we requested it, they responded to us immediately. I highly recommend it!

Our stay could not have been more pleasant! The apartment was modern, spacious, even better than depicted in the listing's photographs, and was perfectly located around the corner from some of Murcia's most well-known attractions. Host communication was prompt, comprehensive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Miguel Angel was super nice to us, he waited for us on the same street and advised us on many aspects since it was the first time we visited Murcia. The apartment was impeccable, just as shown in the photos. An extra point is that it had a supermarket very close by. A very positive experience. I would definitely repeat.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

A house to live in, everything you need for a stay in it for a family of 4 and a small dog. Ground floor with porch and pool in front. Communication with Laila is fluid and fast.

Apartment very according to what we needed, everything clean and tidy. The host was very attentive and kind, showed us the accommodation and answered any questions that could arise.

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and with everything you could need and more. We must highlight the kindness of the hosts and how attentive they were to everything, both before arriving and during our stay. We'll be back!!!

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

The apartment met all our needs and those provided by the ad. Araceli was charming, kind and attentive, and even had the thoughtfulness to save us a place on the same street to park. 100% recommended.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
