This exclusive terraced house Malo Misto in Ruskamen, Lokva Rogoznica offers a perfect destination for families and friends, with three large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunlit living room with a sea and pool view, 2 balconies with trampoline, a spacious terrace with a private pool, sunbeds, coffe table, chairs and sun umbrella, and a barbeque on the ground floor. Local beach bar located right at the beach Ruskamen as well as grocery store just a minute walk from the apartment.

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

It comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Furthermore, it provides free WiFi, private parking space, and a delightful large terrace with a view of the sea. The beach is only a few steps away, which makes this location perfect for relaxation. Just note that there are 200 stairs from the parking to the property!
