Conveniently located 15 minutes from Tuggerah Westfield but once you arrive you will feel like you could be a million miles from anywhere. You can enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens and feed the cattle or just sit back and relax. We don’t allow smoking inside our tiny home at all so please be aware of this.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.
