Stylish studio design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat mit ca. 70m² Wohnfläche aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer, Flur und Bad, ein super Größe für 4 bis 6 Personen. Der Lebensmittelpunkt (Essecke, Sofa/Fernsehbereich und Küche) ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer mit 1,8x2 Meter Doppelbett ist sehr großzügig und hat einen separaten Zugang, wie auch der Lebensmittelpunkt, zum großen (18m²) Südbalkon. Unsere Schlafbutze ist mit einem hochwertigen 3er Etagen Bett ausgestattet. Die eigene Sauna zum Wohlfühlen.

West Nest is located in the 13th district of Budapest, or as the locals call it: “Ujlipotvaros”. Right next to the financial district and the Parliament, yet only 10 minutes walk from the buzzing Party District, this apartment gives you the best of both worlds! Moving around in the city is made super easy, with the stops of tram 4/6 and the blue metro (M3) line being literally around the corner. It won’t get better than this, come stay with us! :)

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
