Tranquil Suite in the Heart of Los Feliz Near Griffith Park

Pour a cup of Espresso and enjoy it out on the peaceful private patio, accompanied by the gentle scent of lemons wafting from the tree. The walls of this restorative and light-filled home are adorned with pottery and pieces from local artists. The suite is situated at the end of our gated and electric driveway behind the main house. While we want you to enjoy your stay and feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). We will give you a unique code for both the driveway gate as well as the guesthouse itself. The code is reset with every guest. We are available for questions and help before and during your stay. Stroll less than a mile to come to Griffith Park, with dozens of restaurants and coffee shops, plus several movie theaters, also within walking distance in Los Feliz village. Catch big-name artists in the Greek Theatre a mile and a half away. We are walking distance to most things including the Red Line Subway Station at Vermont and Sunset. The kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso Machine (we will provide 2 pods per day for the length of your stay), tea kettle + assorted teas, olive oil, salt, pepper, dish soap, fresh kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soaps. If there is anything else you need in advance of your stay, please let us know!

At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Stunning views in a bright, modern and comfortable retreat nestled in the hills of fabulous Silver Lake. Walking distance from cafes, restaurants and The Silver Lake Meadow. The private studio features new amenities, a marble walk-in rain shower, vintage décor, pops of color, contrasting textures, unique artwork, and views over the reservoir and foothill mountains. The $400 cleaning fee includes a weekly cleaning, fresh linens and clean towel service.

This is a private, detached casita, steps from the famed Hollywood Bowl. It sleeps up to 3 people max - 1 queen bed upstairs and twin couch that converts into single bed in first floor living room. The casita is 2-stories, 780 sq. ft with AC, full bath & kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. This historic home dates back to the early 1900s and sits within a larger compound that consists of a main house that is occupied by your Hosts.

We live in Larchmont Village just blocks from Larchmont Blvd & described as "quaint and small-town adorable" by LA Curbed - the perfect central location to explore LA. South of Hollywood, close to Koreatown, about 30 minutes from the beach. My wife, our 12 year old son, 4 year old puppy(Tuesday), 6 month old kitty and I would be happy to host you!
