The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. This is a complete 800 sq ft Barndominium that is part of a newly built barn. Although the original design was not for a living space, a returning adult child made the transformation into what it is today. We are delighted to share this area with visitors who want to enjoy the flexibility of seclusion on the 50 acre hobby farm and use this as a base camp to enjoy the surrounding sites. This is wine country for sure! Within 8 miles is the Glider Capital of the world as well as historic Corning.

The Porch Upstate Super clean

We are 8 miles away from ski slopes in both directions. .Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. we have six goats and a mini horse named Batman.
