Beautiful house nicely renovated, charming, well equipped. Real plus with the balneo and the garden. We had a very nice evening with friends. Damien was accommodating on schedules and responsive. Recommended!

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

Jacques was very flexible on our check-in schedule not easy to determine when we have roads and little ones😀. The apartment is spacious and overlooks a west-facing courtyard, it's nice in the evening to have an aperitif outside letting the children stretch their legs. You can access the center of Nantes quickly with the inconveniences, the edges of the sèvre easily accessible as well as the Intermarché not far away for shopping. The sound insulation is not the most efficient so we hear a little from the neighbors above but otherwise nothing to complain about, the stay was pleasant.

6 adults and a baby, we spent 5 wonderful days in this warm house, surrounded by the works of Apple. Ideal place to gather as a family, feel "at home". We did not have the pleasure of meeting Apple, but even remotely her welcome was warm and she responds quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend!

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

Very clean accommodation and met our expectations. The bed is very comfortable. The street is quiet. Laurence is a very responsive and friendly host. Communication went very well. Possible to park the car right outside the door. We will definitely be back.

Philippe's accommodation matches the description exactly. Easy access in a small quiet street. Nice decoration throughout the apartment. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and a large TV, top fiber Internet connection. Well-equipped kitchen area. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Note the electric roller shutters in the bedroom and living room. Clean and functional shower room. The small terrace at the back is very nice. Just 50 m from the apartment, a very nice little square with one of the best bakeries in Nantes (closed on Wednesdays). In the morning, you just have to open the apartment window to smell the delicious smells of the bakery. Go there with your eyes closed, everything is delicious, including the fresh sandwiches. The pastry is excellent. It was hot during my stay but Philippe's accommodation keeps the cool, very pleasant.

Very nice apartment, well equipped and very bright. The living spaces are large and well thought out, the decor is very pretty! In the heart of Nantes, everything is accessible on foot or by tram (stop nearby). Note that public transport is free on weekends in Nantes. As the accommodation is in the heart of the city, there are sometimes clamors coming from the terraces in the evening but once the windows are closed it is not at all disturbing. Excellent location for visiting Nantes! And Charlotte was also very flexible for the arrival and departure times!

We had a lovely family holiday at Thomas's house. The children loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and all the equipment was in perfect working order. Thomas was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return.

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

We had an excellent family holiday at Nathan’s place. Nathan was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful. Their home is just wonderful and we all loved the pool and garden. Thank you again for such a lovely holiday!

We were perfect in the house, it is a large house and in a very quiet place, but very well connected to the center. Less than 5 minutes andado you can take the bus and take you downtown in 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and spacious. You can park the car inside Cédric, although he was not there, at all times he was very attentive to us and it was very easy to communicate It was a stay to be repeated

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
