My house has on the ground floor a living room area (wifi TV) with large sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining area, a laundry room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed, shower room, toilet, sink. The other bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, macerator, sink. Paid parking nearby. No smoking, no pets.

Very warm entire house without any shared ownership (very quiet) in small condominium , in the backyard, with "private courtyard" for lunch or if relaxing . 5 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes from all shops.
