Beachfront holiday rentals in Cephalonia

Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

North Paradise is incredible. First the apartment - spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, strong WiFi and the most stunning view from the balcony. Walking distance - 10 mins to lovely beach and tavernas. But what really makes this place outstanding is your host Dina. She fills the fridge before you arrive. The kitchen cupboards are filled with every appliance you may wish for. Dina will help you hire cars, book boat trips and generally do anything for you. I cannot rate North Paradise highly enough. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous beach and taverna within a 5 minute walk then this is for you. You will get the warmest Kefalonian welcome.

The apartment corresponds to the information and the photos. Mirka is very friendly and gave us good tips. The apartment is kept simple, but was sufficient and very clean for our purposes. Only the kitchen equipment could have been a little better. Basically, we had a very nice stay. Agia Effimia was a perfect starting point to explore the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, it was in a good location within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants at Porto harbour. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a great addition as it was very hot! We hired a boat from George which was a fabulous day. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

This was an amazing place and phenomenal hosts! Connie and Andy were flexible, accommodating, had great communication, and were super helpful! We were greeted by Andy who was waiting to show us to the place so we knew exactly where it was. He greeted us with some goodies which were delicious and a sweet gesture. He showed us around the place and checked in with us to make sure we were good throughout our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean pool and place. Had everything we could ask for and more! Can walk to the local market, cafes, and a great restaurants. Strongly recommend staying here!!!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

This house was perfect for our trip to Kefalonia. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the local grocery store. It’s a great location for exploring the island as well. The host was great and the house was as clean.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

We really enjoyed our stay at Evgenia’s place! It was our first time in Kefalonia and we found Lourdas to be incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The accommodation is basic but has everything you need and for a brilliant piece, and the pool is really lovely! We stayed 5 nights and the place was spotless (in fact freshly cleaned) when we arrived, and was cleaned again half way through our stay with fresh towels - much appreciated after lots of sand and chlorine! The location is fantastic! 5 minute walk downhill to the beach and all the amazing waterside restaurants, a 5 minute walk uphill to the local shop. We would 100% stay here again!! This was a lovely villa and exactly what we expected. It was spotlessly clean and was a joy to stay in. It was a short walk to an excellent range of bars, really good restaurants (we particularly liked Chefalonia) and shops. We found the villa very private and secluded. It was furnished to a high standard, supplied with everything we could need, in beautiful landscaped gardens giving us wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. We had an unusual and unexpected problem and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Neil. All in all a delightful stay.

My family and I had the most amazing time at Eleni’s home. Stunning views, so peaceful and a short walk into the main square and the famous 3 Wise Monkeys restaurant (5 star food). Assos is the quintessential Greek village.

Had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The house was lovely and cosy. Had everything we needed and more. Chrisanthi was lovely and helpful, came in every day with fresh bedding and towels and kept everything clean and tidy. Gave us fresh eggs and vegetables every now and then. We loved the beach cove which was a 15 min walk to, sandy beach and the water was clear and warm with comfy sunbeds. Used the pool to cool off in the late afternoons. Secure internet with wifi. Supermarket about a 5 minute walk with every day needs. Need a car go to the big Lidl. The restaurants nearby and within walking distance were very friendly and we had some really good meals and i highly recommend the local wine, it was delicious. We slept well and came away feeling well rested. Thank you 😊

Fabulous place to stay in centre of Sami

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna Maria's apartment in Fiskardo. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. It is a very calming environment. This is the second time we have stayed here and would certainly come back again. It is simple but elegant and in a fantastic location for exploring Fiskardo. We met Anna Maria (who is lovely!) There are loads of cats in the square ❤️

There’s nothing to fault about our stay at Niriides. The hosts were super responsive, friendly and proactive in checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed. The best part was the recommendations for food, villages and beaches on the island to visit. They were all fantastic and didn’t feel like there were altering motives (it was their family’s business etc.). The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. We also had a lovely view of Asos cove. Would stay again (and hope to!).

Lovely stay in the studio - perfect location, very close to the beautiful beaches and a quick walk into town. Great view from the balcony and the flat had everything we needed. Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed at Manonas villa Amarylis for 4 nights. We fell in love with the view and the location. Convenient for Fiscardo or Foki beach, but also quieter being slightly away from Fiscardo. The view over the harbour entrance and Ithika is Stunning, you would never tire of it. The 1 room apartment is spotlessly clean, with enough facilities for 2 people. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou.

I’ll echo the other glowing reviews – a wonderful stay at Fryni’s place. Fryni was away but was super responsive to any queries, as was her brother who lives downstairs with his family and was friendly and on hand to help. (He lent us a snorkel and goggles) Beautiful views and a comfortable, warmly-decorated apartment. Some Airbnb apartments can feel quite clinical but we found Fryni’s to be homely. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks Fryni and Kostas!

Katy’s apartment is superb, in a fantastic location and spotlessly presented. Nicole who happened to be on site was always very friendly and helpful and wanted us to have the best holiday in Fiskardo. We’ll be returning next year.

Beautiful apartment right on the water, close to lots of restaurants and the shopping in Argostoli. All walking distance. Apartment was super clean, modern and delightful to be in, with a great balcony for coffee / evening drinks. Short drive / taxi to great beaches. Anna was lovely, very helpful and kind. We hope to stay again!
