Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the homonymous village houses the Prepaulin apartment. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (not possible for 4 adults). The apartment on the first floor is also available: look for it in the listings!

The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Apartment CATERINA Arta Terme is a gem in the charming alpine village, in the embrace of the Northern Italian Alps. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The attic consists of an open space with a very high ceiling and two bedrooms built under the roof. It is bright, extremely welcoming - also thanks to the beautiful light wood floor -, pleasant in all seasons: in spring and summer for the warm outdoor light, filtered by the roof windows and the balcony; in the cold season for the charming fireplace with open fire and the view of the snowy meadows.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
