Ellicottville/Holiday Valley, Allegany State Park and Seneca Allegany Casino are within reasonable driving distance. Fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the side room has a pull out twin loveseat to sleep 1. No pets and no smoking!
