Monthly Rentals in Cerritos Beach

Great place and location. Bed was comfortable and place was nice. The private patio is wonderful. A few things are worn and could use an upgrade (pots and pans, beach chairs, patio cushions). Otherwise, the condo and complex are wonderful and I would return.

It was very nice and hope to come back someday.

Doug & Susan were great hosts! Very responsive when messaged while affording us total privacy during our stay . Casa Fresca was exactly as advertised, close to the beach , we loved the large rooftop deck and the shadier lower patio, the living spaces were clean & spacious. The vibe is surf/beach casual which we loved. The WiFi was really fast and the place is very quiet & well insulated. There are some small convenience grocery stores nearby and a fun casual local outdoor restaurant/bar called Shaka's which was a highlight of the immediate area as well! The beach is stunning, and not crowded. We would definitely love to stay at Casa Fresca again!

Overall, we really loved our stay here! We came to surf for a few days and it was lovely! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with essentials that we could cook easily. The place was styled tastefully and the property was really beautiful, with lovely plants! It was a fairly quiet and peaceful location, and the host was very helpful and responsive! I do wish the outdoor furniture was kept cleaner, as everything was quite dusty/dirty, but we realize in that area that most things outside are always a bit dirty because the roads are not paved. As well, lots of ants outside, so care is to be had around where you eat/store your food. Some attention could be made to the shower drain, as it didn't drain well, and the screen door (which was ripped when we arrived, and got jammed during our stay & had us stuck inside until the host came to help!). However, we would return, as it truly was a nice spot aside from these minor bits! Thank you to our host for being so helpful when we got stuck!
