The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

Nice place, just as described in the listing. Ideal for visiting Valparaiso. The dpto is a located within walking distance of Cerro Concepción's attractions/restaurants. I would definitely come back.

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

Very well located apartment, perfect for our 3 days in Valparaíso. The secure private parking is a real plus, especially in this area. The duplex is comfortable and well-equipped, everything works perfectly. Responsive host, who offers a map of recommended addresses in the accommodation. 100% recommended

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We stayed for a week at Lorena’s, and felt like we could’ve stayed longer! The place is about a 15 minute walk from Cerro Concepcion/alegre. We used the laundry (a washer and dryer combo) with no problems, and WiFi was fast. Lorena was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!

Everything is impeccable. The area is very nice, there is a building under construction next door and that makes noise, but in hours that it does not bother. The building's concierge is very kind and helpful. We went by car and it seems difficult to find your way around the winding streets, but it turned out to be easier than it seemed. Highly recommended. I would return the next time I visit Viña.
