L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Casa recentemente ristrutturata e arredata, con terrazzo, patio e giardino vista mare. Parcheggio privato di facilissimo accesso. Dista 700 metri a piedi dal mare ed è collocata nel centro storico di Acquafredda, frazione di Maratea. La bella vista mare che si gode dal terrazzo e dal giardino è un piacevole ristoro per l'anima.

Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata.
