Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Thank you Ms. Asli and I hope to see you again....

It offers accommodation in a central place in terms of location, and we were able to comfortably accommodate 4 people in a tidy and secluded home environment. It's preferable again.

There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

Ms. Nihal and her family were very kind and caring. It was a pleasant holiday. The house was easy and convenient to the Alaçatı fountain in a beautiful place in terms of location. The house was very clean and smelled of cleanliness. If I come again, I would recommend this place again

It's small, but it's quite enough and convenient. the location is on the side of the Urla bus station, it takes 15 minutes by walking to the art street and 5 minutes by car. Since it is a click away from the center, you do not have noise, etc. problems. ms. We stayed as 2 families and 2 children, a great house to go as a family, the pool is clean, the house is clean, there are all the necessities. With a car that's close to everything, the only thing missing is the lack of internet in the house

Mr. Onur is an extremely kind and caring host. He is very quick with answering. Since he lived in Germany, Mr. Abdil took care of us during the stay. She was extremely professional and kind as well. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. The pool was important to us, it was a spotless pool. It was regularly maintained while we were there. We liked the fact that the house has 2 floors and separate apartments with 2 separate entrances, it may be preferred for large groups. They also helped with early check-in. We had a family holiday full of great memories. Thank you Mr. Onur. You can choose with your eyes closed.

We spent one of the most enjoyable holidays of our lives in this wonderful villa! 10 people stayed comfortably and everyone was very satisfied in terms of comfort. The kitchen equipment was complete, the pool was well-maintained and we were able to sit and enjoy the garden for a long time. The location was also very good; it was both close to the central places and quiet and peaceful enough. The host was very caring and helpful, and responded quickly to all our questions. A perfect home… We stayed for 2 nights as 6 people, we did not have any problems, we did not feel incomplete. Everything was well thought out. It was ready until our towel after the pool.
