Pretty little new air-conditioned house, located in a very quiet location. Ideal for a couple with children looking to relax and visit the Aquitaine region (15km Bordeaux center, 20 mins Bassin, 30 mins Cap Ferret, Lacanau and Arcachon). Close to the Pessac/Mérignac service areas, the accommodation is ideal for business trips. The private garden with trees has a pretty exotic wooden terrace allowing you to have a quiet lunch/dinner/aperitif close to nature.
